Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products and items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

The fastest way to get the item or size you want is usually to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification, subject to applicable exceptions under EU law.

Returned items should be in the same condition in which you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
